BNL Summer School 2026

BNL welcomes you to be a part of our 2026 Summer School session.
Students who participate in this summer opportunity have the chance to recover credits or to get ahead!

BNL Virtual Summer School

Who: Current NLCS 8th-12th graders & prospective BNL students
When:  June 1st - July 15th
Finals:  In-person Final Exams Wednesday July 15th

BNL Summer school will be available to any current 8th-12th grader and any prospective BNL students who need to either recover up to two credits or earn up to two first time credits.  All students in the Virtual Summer School program will use Edmentum Courseware Plato.  Students will have flexibility to create their own personalized schedule to complete coursework through independent learning during the summer session.  Content area teachers will be assigned to each course and available to work with students virtually, both with content questions and platform support.  All students will be required to take an end of semester assessment, Final Exam, in person at BNL on Wednesday July 15th.  Students are required to arrange their own transportation.

Math:  Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Business Math
Language Arts:  English 9, English 10, English 11, English 12
Social Studies:  World History, US History, Government, Economics

Science:  Biology
